Breastfeeding

From the first latch to going back to work, grounded in WHO recommendations.

Breastfeeding is a skill that you and your baby learn together. The first weeks tend to be the hardest, and what helps most is early, skilled support: a midwife (pôrodná asistentka), a paediatrician or a lactation consultant (laktačná poradkyňa). Our pages explain the principles and point to the sources, but they cannot replace someone who can watch you feed.
